Put it to the test: L'oread Magic Lumi

L’Oreal Magic Lumi

L’Oreal Studio Secrets Magic Lumi Light Infusing Primer

This product used to be so hyped up by almost all the beauty gurus and it never interested me enough. For me since I have oily skin products that say things like “lumi’ ‘dewy’ never call me attention. Since, with my oily skin, usually products like this only make me appear even more dewy/ and an oil mess. I tend to stay far away from them.

However, I have noticed a slight change in my skin in where I can use products like these. Yet, now I can use them but concentrated more on the outer parts of my face and less on my T-zone. Although, I will also mix this in with my foundation in order to give a more healthy looking appearance.  When mixed with my foundation I do notice that it gives a more dewy effect but nothing super drastic. Which, I really like because I want that healthy glow without looking a greasy mess.

The product itself comes out like a pearly white color and if you look closer you can see little specks of glitter. However they aren’t noticeable on the face but do provide that glow effect that this product claims.  Plus, mixed in with your favorite foundation is the best way to wear this I find. Even if you set your face you will still see the illuminating essentials it claims to have.

Gives enough glow without being overpowering
Blends in with foundation
Packaging is kind of adorable

Takes a while to blend if not used with a foundation
Pump is a like flimsy

Have you tried any of the L’Oreal Lumi products?
If so which products have you used?

Thanks for reading dolls, until next time
